systematics_checker¶
mode: subagent — runs alongside/after the core spectra computation.
What it does¶
Identifies and quantifies systematic contamination in the power spectra:
cross-correlation against ingested templates, deprojection, and null-test
design. Calls build_systematics_evidence —
the deterministic hard gate — and relays its verdict.
On a FAIL, it emits one NEEDS_INPUT: line; it never silently overrides a
failing check. override_systematics_gate is
an explicit, audited human action, not something this agent decides on its
own. See Determinism & no fabrication.
For a B-mode (BB/EB) failure it relays the deterministic classification the
gate attaches — BENIGN_NOISE_MODEL / BENIGN_FLAG / COLORED_EXCESS, with
α and p_rescaled — and is forbidden from inventing a physical cause
(intrinsic alignments, projection, "real simulation feature"). A COLORED_EXCESS
is the trigger to offer the random-rotation ensemble (remote only when a site is
registered). See B-mode validation.
